When the whole pre-purchase fiasco started, many players were quick to voice their dissatisfaction, myself included. Provided we complained tactfully (which I understand not all of us did), I don’t see anything wrong with that; we had to let ANet know just how many of us felt this way, and how strongly. But now that they’ve shown that we’ve been heard, it’s only fair that we show our appreciation just as quickly and adamantly.

So thank you!!

Well, I did not complain. But I join.

But people are still dissatisfied and wants something else “as a gift”. I feel sorry for A-net, already.
