Was playing last night and noticed someone playing my family’s account that I had gifted them once and confirmed it wasn’t them.
After supplying the serial code and info to change password, it didn’t work so submitted a ticket and they received a password change in less than 5 mins and had removed the hacker from the equation.
We had to remove the email authentication because of the spam issue with Yahoo. Hopefully that’s fixed now so they’ve re-enabled it.
