I just wanted to thank you guys.

There has been a lot of negativity on here, some of it I have even contributed to. And I saw on reddit that there is even worse things, like people asking for some devs to get fired. In light of this, I felt it was important to give you guys some positive feedback.

Even though I don’t always agree with some of the changes you guys make, I still love this game, and I thank you guys for putting in so much hard work to make this game that brings me so much enjoyment. Even though some of the comments that people are making are over the top in their nastiness, please try to see the positive part of these comments: that you guys have created such a wonderful game, that people have developed strong emotions about it.

So that’s it. Keep up the good work guys! And thank you again!

They only do that on reddit because they know if they do it on the forums, it’s going to result in very quick sanctions. Or it did result in said sanctions, and now such people have an axe to grind.

And this People are Part of the Communication Problem we have with Anet. Srsly what I saw on the Necro Thread there was unacceptable. I remember the Times where this Forum was a Toxic Wasteland and Reddit was a Place where you could discuss things a bit more constructive, now it is the opposite and Reddit is now even worse than what this Forum used to be.

Giving Feedback, Positive or Negative, is important to make GW2 a better Game, but going Personal isn’t making things better, it could make things even worse and this isn’t what we want to do^^

Cheers!

I have my complaints with the game just like anyone else. I main a Necromancer and sometimes I rage but at the end of the day I really do love this game and the community is amazing when we come together and just enjoy Tyria and all it has to offer.

Nothing wrong with criticism and trying to move things forward, but I do love “feel good” posts from time to time.

Cheers to Anet, GW2, and this community.

One of my guildies and friends who I sold the game on told me this morning that he loves the stories. It’s obvious that the devs work very <hard> on this game. They are making decisions that are the best for the game. There are other games out there for people who don’t like it. At the same time, those game devs aren’t going to change either.

Since when is the word <hard> a bad word. Are we in grade school?

Well if you look at GW2’s content it seems hard is a bad word…
