Guys,

I was about to quit due to bots ruining both game play and game economy.
But you really made my day!

I’ve recently purchased 2 additional character slots (Mesmer + Warrior, now at 8, i. e. all professions) and went through areas that used to be infested by bots (Kessex Hills, e. g.).
No bots at all. Good job!

It also seems that there are more players to group up with and using the TP (both for buying and selling) makes sense again, because the economy is now player and not bot based.

I was hesitating, if I should invite a good friend of mine to GW2 on Nov 15th, but now I I’m really looking forward to it.

Glad you stuck around. Hopefully people follow that example, and be patient. A-net’s doing the best they can. I’m sure they are mass banning, as apposed to banning one at a time. It makes more sense to do it that way, anyway.

I have not seen many bots lately. I can’t think of anything bots ever prevented me from doing. They were a visual distraction though, and made the game less pleasant to play for that reason.

Yeah, I can’t tell you how many times I sat and watched “The Running Of The Bots” in Queensdale lol. Visual distraction, most definitely!!
