Guild Wars 2

Arenanet, first I’m going to thank you for creating this beautiful game called Guild Wars 2. Second I just have to point out how disappointed I am at the community. Most seem to be complaining all the way, not noticing how much GW2 actually changed everything, how unique it is. You tried something new and many ’’fans’’ seem not to get that. First, lack of content, now there’s a problem with what you added and so on and on. I’d just like to thank you for all that you did, are doing and being the biggest company out there with such good connection to the fans. I’m not saying the game is perfect, but it’s getting there. I hope I’m not alone when I say you did what you promised to do, and now working on the problems that appeared on the way.

Good connection to the fans? It’s 5 days untill wintersdays is launched and still we have basically no information on it at all, I’d say that’s a very poor connection and a very unprofessional relationship to have with it’s community. Half of the time when updates come out (especially hotfixes that happen without having to patch the game) we never see the patch notes or we only get half of them, even then they are days late releasing the information. They say “We’re working on this at the moment but have no ETA” months later they say the same thing and again and again. I agree the game is beautiful in some aspects (FoTM is killing PVE), but the game does have it’s problems and bugs, i just wished they’d put more time into fixing some of the bigger bugs then worrying about getting monthly updates out

Lately, most games I’ve played, especially mmo’s have serious patch problems. But most companies out there don’t give a **** about what ppl think as long as they are selling. Didn’t say they are perfect, but are very good compared to many other companies out there.
