Part of our characters’ downed abilities is yelling for help while they try to rally. The game knows when someone revives us; it would be cool if that triggered a “thank you” line. Instead you have all these strangers typing “ty” at each other, sometimes in the middle of fights. I just think it would be a fun little bit of extra immersion that would tie in nicely with the existing behaviours.

This may be the most Canadian suggestion I’ve ever made.

To me, a ty from the person would mean more than a computer generated thank you that automatically prints in chat when the rez is finished.

I think it does sometimes give a ty response.

I like typing the ty it is like tradition now, part of the community vibe.

No, that would be saying “sorry” every time you are ressed.

Either way I rather like the time honored tradition of a manual ty… instead of other MMOs where its you kittening kitten you stole my mob kitten kittenhead kitten.

The downed player does say "Thank you" sometimes, try it and listen!
