The Frostbitten gathering tools are going to come in really useful. The fact that they’re level 15+ and Ori quality, and we get so many of them, means I can equip them on all my characters and then not worry about what type of node they’re harvesting.

I just wish it had occurred to me to keep the containers instead of opening them all before had about 20 tools sat in my bank.

On the plus side I did realise at that point. If I’d opened the other 70+ containers first I’d be really annoyed with myself.

Yeah, but the frostbitten tools only provide the tier 1 snowflakes.

True, but it is quite easy to upgrade them to higher tiers.

No we don’t, gear should not be gated behind a continually rising economic bar so TP barons can get even more unnecessarily wealthy at the cost of less economically inclined player playing how they want. I had several times this last year when I wanted gear and items that needed snow flakes and the cost was obscene, and I’m pretty well off thanks to a couple lucky drops and long term investments, but most players I know couldn’t afford it at all, which should never happen.

Stacking of these tools was too hard to implement?

No tools stack.
