Guild Wars 2

I met my missus in Kamadan (GW) about 6 years ago and this morning we had our third kid. I don’t know where or how to say thankyou but thought that maybe someone from the staff might see it here. That maybe someone who was involved in GW might see it and be glad to know that is some small or large way, they are partly responsible for brinning new life into the world lol.
Thanks you so much! Thankyou for the game and for another arena for people to meet and make friends and occasionally, as in my case, even partners. I could say so much more but as I don’t even know if anyone from ArenaNet or GW2 will even read this, I’ll just leave it there.

My missus had a lil girl when we met so now there are 6 of us. This is our fourth girl though (or my third but they’re all mine/ours if you know what I mean) so Im feeling a lil outnumbered lol.
We had the baby at home. Mum has just gone to bed to sleep for a week and I have just setteled the baby. I though that now they were all asleep, I would like to find a way to say thankyou to ArenaNet and this is what I came up with lol. : )

Congrats to you. I might my wife online too (though not in Guild Wars) and we’ve been together ten years. We’re both too old to have wanted kids, they’re all grown up now, but it’s great to be in a relationship with someone who shares your interests.

A lot of married people do everything separately. This is more fun, for me at least.

And it’s nice to see the occasional good post on the forums too.

I met my wife online and got to know her through playing GW (we’ve been together going on 7 years). We still to this day play together in GW2. Good to hear we aren’t alone Congrats!

Congrats to you and yours. Although my spouse doesn’t play games, I’ve played GW and GW2 with my sons and met one of my best friends on GW1. We’ve been friends for around 8 years now. Good times.

I didn’t meet my husband via online gaming (we met through our parents as children), but because it was a long distance relationship, gaming is how we hung out together, every day except weekends (when we could actual see each other).

This year made 11 years together, we’ll hit 2 years married in September.

Gaming ftw! lol. Oh and while we have plenty of separate interests/hobbies, we still game together (or in the same room) kitten near every night.
