Don’t see how, it’s not like it’s any less or more a proper way of sitting. But it is ridiculous that it’s an exact copy of the human female animation if that’s what you mean.

I don’t care if it’s proper way of sitting. I care if it looks good.
By ridiculous I meant it looks bad. The pose in OP looks much better and doesn’t look as stiff and forced as the current one.
Norn and human female always had the same sitting pose. I imagine it’s the same for male.

Your char will get the kind of attention she doesn’t want!
