Hey, I need someone to clear this up for me.

I’m fully awared of the past patchs that restrict on getting a Black lion key as a reward from story mission one per week per account, does this stil apply for a character after level 10.

As with most people who purchase the expansion, I made a Revenant and while some people used their newly created Rev for many things (pvep, pvp etc), I decided to played the story on my Rev at the moment to gather the keys.

Since I used my saved up tomes, my Rev is at max level so doing the early missions are a total breese but I just want to know that if I get the next key (after choosing an Orders), would I not get another key from that other reward on retaking Claw Island? Obviously this is from natural progress so it’s not farming but I can easily go through the stories in days since she is at level 80.

The same also apply to my newly created Warrior too (thank you for the extra slot) but at the moment I have not make quick progress on the early story missions yet on her cos of my Rev.

At the moment, I’m waiting for a week to do the next mission with the key reward and this is a real hinder. Yes I know there are plenty of stuff to do in the mean time but I like to get it out of the way in a day or two.

The restriction is on the level 10 storyline only. Once per week per account. The other keys are not gated.

When HOT released I made my Rev and insta-80 him. I had completed his PS 1.5 days later. You will get ALL keys.

However for your warrior if it has been less than 1 week since you obtained the key from your lvl 10 Rev PS you wont get another until 1 week+ after that time (or if the reset kicks in, not sure when that is). If you decide to ignore the lvl 10 key and continue on anyways you should still get the rest of the keys post 10.

Well I only got til next Thursday for the week passed (had too much to do during the release of HOT) so if I hold my Warrior level 10 missions til after Thursday I will get all key rewards and my Revenant is currently free to get all key rewards after 10?

You get 1 level 10 story key per week, and it has to be the first story key that week.
All other story keys are unchanged.

What this means is that if you get a level 40, 60 or 80 story key first after the reset, then you will not be able to get a level 10 story key that week.

Say what?

They said its the low level story that’s affected and only the low level. Level 40 is mid and level 60 and 80 are high level. So if you do a mid or high level story it shouldn’t impact the low level, as that’s the one that was being farmed.

Personal Story
Black Lion Chest Keys from the early personal story rewards have been limited to one per week accountwide.

Says nothing about being impacted by getting keys from higher level story rewards.
