Guild Wars 2

Should be promoted to lead artist.
Because simply I love it.
its the best light armour I’ve seen for a spell caster type in any game even the first guildwars.

For one, its not a robe, so I’m not wearing a skirt.
And secondly the pants are not skin tight.

I only wish that the gems were colour changable.

I agree on all parts. It’s the only light armor that the whole set looks good. However I do prefer pants over a coat, so I eventually transmuted them to one of the only pants options in the game. Really hoping for more soon.

The male version is great, female not so much -.-

LOL. That’s basically a MEDIUM set made available for Light. So frakking sick of overcoats.

The only thing is, it can look a bit too bulky on larger frame humans males, making them look a bit tubby. I love the design work, but won’t use it ‘cos it makes my Mesmer look fat in other words.
Surprisingly, my favourite set in place of that is the bog-standard white “Apprentice” set.
It has clean lines, well defined dye zones and a lot of subtle detail that only comes out when viewed in certain lighting conditions. A lot of the panels have a Paisley pattern on them that’s barely visible.
Plus, the shoulders are quite subdued.

The Heritage Light armour for females however is wonderful apart from the stupid bloody cut-out on the front that serves no purpose other than to ruin the dignified look of the set by flashing the toon’s thighs and panties.

Yeah – I love this set as well. Use it on my elementalist and mesmer in different colours. I also thought it looked quite good on my charr necro but he’s since moved on to tier 1 cultural gear.

Wow dude that’s practically my exact colour scheme for this set too! I use Blood and I think Peach Ice, my pants/top are teal tho. Yet we could almost be twins! Tip tho try changing the gloves also to white, looks very nice.

Im using black for the pants, vest and cravat, burgandy for the coat, antique gold for the trims, and 2 shades of red for my mesmer mask, oh and cocoa for the boots and gloves.
Ill see about white dye

I really love it too OP. I don’t have guild wars 1 but ever since I saw someone wearing it I’ve been seriously considering buying it to get this armour.
