So we know from one of the POI’s that there’s a melandru backpack recipe that can be bought from a merchant using karma as currency if you have the 3rd level of the pact commander mastery line.

So I just obtained level 3 in it today but nowhere did the devs mention where these npc’s actually were, apart from somewhere in tyria.

I’ve been all round the place looking at heart vendors, karma vendors, lions arch, you name it, and I can’t find it.

I know it’s supposed to be all mysterious and whatnot, but I’m going slightly cray-cray here. Are we going to get a hint as to where these mysterious npcs are or do we have to go round the mulberry bush? Are the npc’s even in the game at the moment? :-/ It’s nice to finally be able to get the requirement for purchasing said recipe, but it’s not very helpful when you don’t even know where to buy it… just saying.

Assuming that the mastery level wasn’t changed, there is only one place that really makes sense to buy a melandru item for karma…

I believe Rubi said (in that same stream) that these guys move around and we’ll have to find them.

Kind of makes me think of Nicolas the Traveler …. for Karma. We might need to enlist help finding these depending on if (and how often) they move.
