I believe some of you already know of Heartbleed, the biggest security flaw of the history of Internet, affecting up to the big sites as Google, Facebook, Yahoo and others that now recommend their users to change passwords (discretely to not cause panic).

Yet, related to Guild Wars, are our accounts vulnerable to Heartbleed Security Flaw?
Do we need to change our passwords on the site?

There is security experts around the web saying to change passwords everywhere.

This was the official response. Guild Wars 2 sites are fine.

I was scared due this, my precious account, can’t loose it to one random gold seller.

I don’t blame you there. And you’re right, the search option does leave something to be desired. Honestly if I hadn’t seen it already I wouldn’t have known where to look.
