The lack of hats skins per armor weight truly bothering and something that needs to be fixed in the future.

i love Hats over Helm with all weight classes and there allot of different hats from many periods of history to add to the game like

Tricorn Hat = only one we have is for pirate armor set for mid classes i want one for light and heavy armor.

I think the reason why there are so few hats is the (totally bumming) technical limitation of turning people bald. The hat is your hair and when you put it off, the hair is your hat.

Maybe the fact many players with massive hairstyles would never wear hats. I am lucky that my favourite hat IRL and in all games avialable, top hats (the ring maker’s hat), are acceptable on Asura, despite I lose my little sideburns.

But a Norn or Human female suddenly losing 30cm of her hair – nope. They wouldn’t wear any hat.

This game definitely needs a Fedora Salesman NPC.

That’s definitely a statement I can get behind. I’d love to see my hair peeking out of the bottom of my witch’kitten…at it is, I can’t being myself to wear such a thing.

The hair issue is the first and pretty much the last reason why people do not fancy hats much. The visuals are especially jarring when you play anything with long hair like any females characters and (dear god) Charr.

I want to be able to put a tiny cylinder on top of the crazy Charr hair.

Do you read this Anet? Please hear our cries and make hats appealing for non-bald characters :X

But, I’m not gunna lie. If you’re serious ‘bothered’ by the lack of hats, perhaps I can suggest Team Fortress 2. You’ll absolutely drown in them. Also, implying that the game needs ‘fixing’ because of said lack of hats?! Huh?

The hair issue is my reason for not doing so more often. I wish the outfit hats were separate toggleable skins, like Crystal Savant or Daydreamer’s Finery.

I agree especially given how many trenchcoats are in the game. I even have the perfect dyes for a cool detective look too.

I find their lack of hats disturbing.

Especially their lack of black, glossy hats with a full face mask and respirator.

If you will find me such a hat, then you and I will rule the galaxy as father and son!
