Can someone explain to me all of this legendary’s effects? I noticed while sheathed musical notes will sometimes appear, when drawn occasionally has musical notes, but what else?

Nothing, which makes it the most undesirable legendary.

It’s crap like half the other legendaries, which imo are just troll weapons made for 10 year old kids..

I hope quip sound effects get removed and have magnum firing sounds.
