Just how are they not relevant and viable in current PvE? o.O’ If your build doesn’t work the way you intend it to… Then maybe you should rework your build rather than complaining about it?

“another player in an event is never a hindrance”

Colin Johanson wrote that. It’s not true for anyone trying to run conditions, everyone – especially other condition builds – is a hindrance. Yes, a permament, meaningful solution fo the conditions question is long overdue.

“Full zerk and condi 9k ap only no noob or kick”

That would still be progress.

It would also mean I dont have to get new gear for my Rampager Warrior :s

Yes, I agree. Many of my characters are spellcasters relying on condition damage. I’d like to be competitive while playing how I want.

Instead of “Full Zerk 9K AP Only No Noob or Kick” with the buffs in conditions, it’ll become “Full SINISTER 9K AP Only No Noob or Kick” ..since sinister is basically zerker condition.

Short of getting rid of condition caps (which is a technical limitation), I don’t see how they’re going to make conditions better… So unless they dump untold number of dollars into hardward, software, and programming for this sole problem, I don’t see it getting any better and I doubt I’ll be running any condi builds after HOT drops.

RNG is a bell curve. Better hope you’re on the right side.
