Here’s a thread of really spectacularly positive things in Guild Wars 2. (NO NEGATIVE!) These are things that make the game enjoyable to either you or others.

-NPC’s rez players.

-All players can rez other (ally) players.

-Cows can be shot out of a trebuchet.

-Jumping puzzles are fun.

-Everyone gets to loot the chest at the end of a dungeon.

-6 unique and interesting cities.

-Asuran laughter is contagiously funny.

-Vistas are beautiful

-Southsun Cove has no Risen.

-WvW is fun.

-sPvP is mostly balanced.

-Costume brawls break out at the most spontaneous locations and times.

-Event lore is entertaining.

-Crazy potions turn players into snowmen, tables, chairs, trees, bushes, creatures, and now Karka.

-Combat is actionable.

-Dungeons have engaging puzzle and trap mechanics.

-Everyone gets to hit the same resource node.

-Trading Post is functionally useful.

-Shared account bank.

-Easy to level.

-Dynamic Events feel dynamic and not static.

-Hidden secretes in the world (i.e. the Dwarven Doors in Dredgehaunt Cliffs)

-Knocking someone off a cliff to their death is still funny the 1,000th time doing it.

-Eternal Battleground’s Mist Dungeon

-Exploding risen chickens!

-Water combat

Please, continue…..

I thought of another one: Game has official forums where all negative/constructive feedback is censored in order to simulate a positive/cheery Guild Wars 2 community to attract more customers. Although, it is a stretch to fit that into the positive category.

Such a good one. I’ve also thought of a few more:

-Everyone has a healing ability.

-Skritt are nature’s football.

-Destroying things makes valuable things.

-Field combos are cool.

How is a convenient patch process one that give you TWO minutes notice and boots you out of game regardless of what you were doing or how important it was.

Because that’s when I went to cure my spastic kitten. How did ANet even know I had to go?

Because they’re such an awesome development team who actually listens to player feed-back and adjusts accordingly, not to mention sticks to their manifesto?

Apparently it’s still hard for some folks to read properly…

But on topic, I love this game. Been playing since BWe2 and still going strong and closing in on the 500h mark. No other game has taken so much of my time in a such a short period.

Those moments when you are sitting at the mile high bar in Lion’s Arch and someone suddenly breaks out their boxing gloves are the moments why I play this game. I’ve never met such a friendly and helpful community in any other game.

I like the art work.

I like that WvWvW is not instanced and anyone can join when ever they want
until the bg is full. Opposing sides do not have to be and are not balanced.

I like the lack of long CC in WvWvW.

There’s a lot to like about this game! If we make threads about those great things individually, it will be marked as spam and would overwhelm the front page.

Granted there are some flaws, and one issue is standing out. But the great things about this game trumps the flaws, and those flaws will eventually be fixed. And the best part? No sub fee! I can login as I please and just enjoy the game as is.

Stop! This is not a negative input thread, there are many already.

- Use of environment in the fractals
- Jumping puzzles
- Jumping puzzles IN dungeons \o/
- MOVING jumping puzzles (i loved the clock tower despite the glitches and I’d like to see more)
- The concept of adding content with a great event (just need to iron out the technicalities)
- The concept of involving players in the discovery of new lands
- Sweet and smooth combat animations
- Awesomely crafted world, lot’s of ins and outs, sub zones, caves etc, doesn’t even feel like they’re boxes
- Massive zergfests (yes they are fun, shut up! Even zerging an ore node is fun-er!)
- Sieges!

There’s a LOT of stuff done right or that just need some improvements in this game. Don’t trash it all, ANet! Keep the good stuff coming!

Give me game. Not grind, not gating, not RNG, not +stat junk, not checklists.
