If you have the mini-pet then you should also have the title I believe. Someone might know better. I have both so I dunno.

I believe the title was added when the Gauntlet was re-released. The notes in that fashion were, even if you beat Liadri before (the first release) you would need to defeat her again for the title since it wasn’t retroactive.
Duty is heavier than death.
Did you beat her when the Pavilion was in-game last spring/summer? If so, then yes, you should have the title and may simply be overlooking it in the list.
If, however, you only beat her the first year the Pavilion was released, you wouldn’t have the title because the title wasn’t in the game then.
