So is it me or is the blocking feature broken? when I block some one I imagine:

no mail
no whispers
don’t see your a** in chat of any kind.

instead I still see them when they chat and they still harass me and I guess anet lightened up on their banning practices.

So……can we have a real blocking feature? or am I missing something?

Sounds like a bug, whenever I’ve blocked someone, I’ve gotten no mail, whispers, and didn’t see them again in map chat.

I’d fill out a bug report if they’re still showing up after you blocked them.

Same as Dusk here, I haven’t seen people after blocking.

It works, but it does sound like a bug.

does this work across guilds? for example if you have that one annoying person you dont have the power to kick, instead you just “block” them?

Just blocked someone ingame to test, everything they said was auto removed from chat and they were blocked from all comms(had them test it).

The block feature works fine for me. I think it must be bugged for you. I’d submit a ticket on it and see what happens.
