Guild Wars 2

Hello!

Well, there is the 3. birthsday of the Guild Wars 2. Its great. From my viewpoint the birthsday reward was good. Thank you.

But there is a little thing.

There is nothin ingame that show, it is the 3. anniversary an AAA MMO game.

Well i understand, there is the PAX, HOT, FtP, raid, masteries, betas etc, but you forget the current game totaly.

I dont ask make new content for that, but you know, you have already a place for that. Yeah, you made an entire stadium for that.

How about open The Crown Pavilion? Can you do it please?
It is already made, you made it for celebrate event like this, and it is close.

It is still not late to open it for 1-2 week.

It probably is too late for them to change their plans. HoT releases on 23 October and they have two BETA events between now & then. I can’t imagine they can do something new — and even the Pavilion would be ‘new’, since they’d have to rebalance based on the current specialization system and set up appropriate rewards. (It might be difficult; neither would it be easy.)

I wish they had — from the start — planned to do in-game events this year. I’m sad we’ve had so little content (one of the reasons I would have preferred no-expac). However, regardless of our preferences, they decided on a direction and a plan and at this late date, it’s nearly impossible to make the sort of adjustment needed to add an anniversary celebration in game. (Well, unless they are planning to surprise us with one after the next BWE.)

They’ve indicated before that they can’t just “flip a switch” and turn old events on- they’d have to take time from HoT to make things work again. I’m incredibly bummed that it’s unlikely we’ll get a Halloween event given HoT’s release date, but them’s the shakes.

Yeah, agreed.

Plus if they were to bring anything back from the past SAB should be the first in line.

agreed it is a shame they can not just hit a switch so to speak and have a in game event . in this game for every one to enjoy. while waiting for the other stuff to happen . sadly to say this is something we must live with . think that is why we got them new skin out fit,s for free. and we can only hope there is a Halloween event this year at best
