We have hermit crabs in Tyria, but no giant snails. Where are the giant snails?!

I don’t understand the connection between having hermit crabs and needing giant snails?

because, if hermit crabs exist, it only logically follows that giant snails exist as well. It’s elementary, OriOri, it can’t be made simpler.

It is indeed, considering that crabs have to get their shells somewhere! Maybe the giant snails are extinct and the crabs are wearing fossil shells exclusively?

Giant snails is Quaggan favorite food.

Hermit crabs received their shells from their god, the exalted Agoraphobia.

LOL this is funny, but I think the crabs in this Universe create their own shells maybe? Or at least that’s what I have always thought…

They are hard to spot, but there are always some around wherever horses spawn.

Humans have human gods. Hermit crabs have hermit crab gods. Unlike the human gods, the hermit crab gods are still there and active and when prayed to by a worshipful hermit crab, will bestow a shell as a sign of their godly approval.

We have a God wich light is taken and perhaps thrown out by the others, wandering around alone, wearing someone else’s “shell”..
