They are there, I seen it, and done it. Last night before I logged off the refugee camps were the same. Today when I logged on they were updated. 2 new npcs and more buildings. There is a refugee item in diessa, and wayfarer. A logbook, and a ship in a bottle. Sadly, I turned the two items in, completed the achievement, and no special reward That chieve took 3 weeks lol. Hopefully we somehow get credit in the end, I really was hoping for something cool :/

Did you also get the achievement for killing 150 dredge and flame legion enemies?

I’m curious because maybe there is a reward for doing both, like when we got the Refugee Child’s Drawing.

If you did both, I wouldn’t expect to get some credit/recognition for finding these items (beyond the achievement).

The reason is ArenaNet already put recognition for our work before, i.e. that Refugee Child’s Drawing.

Their manpower might have been light to support this event, but they made one reward. I can’t see them forgetting to add another.

It’s good that you found the last 2 items, but this is far from the end. The achieve is only one thing, and we’re coming towards the end of the 2nd part of this 4-part adventure. They have said that they will be ramping up the adventure and giving the series a bit more of a proper feel rather than what we’ve been doing, which it mostly fetch-questing and walking through what seems to be teaser after teaser.

Yes, on Tarnished Coast the ship in a bottle is in location #1b in wayfayer and logbook is in location 7 in diessa.

No extra title.

I just finished “Lost and Found” (6 Refugee Possessions) and “Gathering Storm” (150 invaders) achievements.

I changed zones and re-logged just to see if it made a difference, like when we got the Refugee Child’s Drawing.

I just have the “Volunteer” title from before.

The ‘reward’ is the achievement points. You get 2 for completing this title, similar to many other ‘titles’ like the various ‘Slayer’ and whatnot.

Achievements and titles be achievements and titles. Rewards be loot. Yar.

Would be fitting if they gave you a ‘Busboy’ title for running around scouring the area for other people’s stuff…

Indeed. Anet seems to love dishing out titles so I thought if there was another to be gotten here it would be at the end of this hunt, like they did in the first part. I really couldn’t care less about another title, I’ve got what I need to display from GW1.

On the other hand, title inflation wouldn’t be a good idea either. Let’s hope for a composite achievement track awarding a final title for completing the living story.
