Just did some test on Orr and plinx chains. Still the same cap 6k~8k, the same time to hit the DR(20~30 min). Nothing changed. Well something changed, instead of going from 378 to 230 after i hit the cap, it is going progressively to 350, 328, 290, etc, one event after another until you start getting next to nothing again.

Great improvement Anet, now i can get a whole 2k karma more than before until i get next to nothing. Keep the good work.
