Why times infinite does it kick the whole party out if the host leaves.

I consider it one of the most annoying things in the game for the reason being i have not encountered anything as annoying. Dungeons and all that are my favorite thing in the game i love the teamwork. Part of the teamwork is being a team player. And when you get a dude who is like oh sorry thx for the hour we wasted sorry g2g, its ruined.

This happens way too much and way too often. Many dungeons and angrily enough sometimes it happens in arah counting today when some1 quit when we were halfway done on path 3.

Don’t understand?

5 people in a group.

1 person starts it.

Get mid dungeon

Host/person who started it says whoopsy guys sorry g2g mommy needs me.

Everyone gets kicked.

I am fully aware that its because he is the host but havent you ever heard of new hosts? Pick a new host out of the 4 people or everyone could vote or w.e doesnt matter.

Second option i suggest is if you log out you have to vote who is the new host before you log.

Third option: Make everybody a host don’t see how that could be hard.

Tldr: If the person who starts the game quits it shouldnt kick people out.

Has this been spammed up multiple times by other people in other threads? Good keep up the work and hopefully it’ll get fixed.

Just very poor design choices / cooky codework going into the systems for this game. They need to look at GW1 for a lot of things because that game did so many things better than this game does currently in that regard.

I havent really found anything in gw2 too much that annoys me too far. This one is the only one i could really think of.

That really needs to be fixed. I’ve not had it happen to me yet (I play with my guild and we don’t usually leave dungeons until we finish) but yeah, there’s no excuse for that.
