Is the only non-RNG way to get this from the PvP reward track? Is it account-bound? It’s not often that we get new breathers in the game, and this is the only one with a unique effect on it. It’s actually the only thing I care about getting from this event. I’m just curious about the best way to obtain one.

Get it from PvP. People have opened thousands upon thousands of presents without getting one. The PvP reward track seems to give better rewards than doing any of the PvE stuff really. Can even get a permanent gem store version of the finishers.

I certainly hope there is another way to get it. PvP is the only part of this game I refuse to do no matter what the reward is. I wish I could say Anet and the Devs wouldn’t do this but….

RNG vs. Guaranteed for your time is another thing. Haven’t heard of many people getting one from presents. Even considering that large amount of presents you can gather.

But I guarantee it wont be the last exotic rebreather. Its just the first for now.

Thanks, I actually do want both an endless finisher and the rebreather, so I guess I’ll be repeating that track a couple times. I’m perfectly fine with that, because there are other rewards along the track, and this one will only be around for a limited time.

Agreed, but how many are going to have additional FX like the ice crystals? They haven’t exactly shown much interest in breathers in the past, so this is a fairly unique opportunity.

1 got one aquabreather from 10k gifts.

Opened 2.5k gifts yesterday got rubbish, opened another 1k today and got 2xRebreathers.

I got lucky but I really wish this kitten was tradeable or could be bought with socks etc.

I’ve opened about 4k and have gotten 5 Unbreakable Bells, one Magnanimous Choir Bell, one Rebreather, one Ho-Ho-Tron Mini, 2 Toymakers tonics, three recipes for the Wintersday toy tonics and way more luck than I feel like clicking. I’d say RNGesus is with me this holiday season.

Hmm … got one in < 10, probably < 5. I’ve mostly given up on seeing them fix the problem with the breathers.

Oh. So you need one for each character. My interest just plummeted, haha.

I personally don’t care about the skin itself, but just want an exotic rebreather… Could anyone who already has it please tell which stats are in the selection?
