The new eternity

soooooo, i dont know who already saw eternity, but …
it has a totally new, unique aura, a seperate one for twilight and sunrise!
and totally new draw and projectile effects!
after all, it was a really demanded and needed update, but something really bugs me out …
i freaking sold twilight and sunrise combined as eternity because of a kittenty aura after the
wardrobe patch! why was there no simple message?
“hey folks we are not only fixing all the bugs, we are reworking the item completely!”yeah so …. what to do? can i ask the support to roll back my account some months?

No way. You decided to get your two legendaries and sold the eternity. Just because it’s desirable now does not warrant a roll back especially considering it is up to support and you only get one forever.

i sold it because of the unfitting aura, not because i didnt like the sword itself.
the best i expected was a draw/proj fix … the said they got it in the bugtracker since somewhere 2012 .. nothing happend. nobody ever mentioned they will rework it completely… why the hell cant this be announced sometime in advance?
Because anything that gets announced in advance is under a fine-tooth comb. Forever. “They said this would happen!” “They never delivered on that!” So they’ve learned to be quiet and release what’s ready when it’s ready.

you made money, just buy it back. probably sold it for like 3.5k gold, did you spend all of that?

Why would they rollback something that was entirely your fault? You sold your pieces on your own accord – you weren’t hacked.
This type of system would be so easy to exploit if we were given a free rollback, no questions asked.
I.e. I would list my Eternity for 3000g and my friend would buy it. He pockets it. I then ask for a rollback, for which they give me a free Eternity, destroy the 3000 gold, yet my friend keeps the Eternity. Now there is an extra Eternity in the economy that shouldn’t be there.
Basically, when everything’s said and done, you’ll just have to refarm everything and remake it. Support won’t rollback accounts unless you’ve been hacked and they can prove, without doubt, that the account was actually hacked.
So grab a bottle of water and hop on EotM. It’s a good day to make Eternity. Again.

They don’t do rollbacks on demand. They will do it once per account and only under specific circumstances, such as being hacked.
