Guild Wars 2

Is because of the fact more than likely WoW has it or has done it, and they want to distance themself as far away from WoW as possible even to the point of ignoring the things WoW got right.

Inb4 “WoW sucks” 10 million active subscribers and top dog of mmo market 7 years so they did something right.

This isn’t a WoW is better than GW2 thread this is an explanation of Anets desire to stay away from WoW concepts to an extreme.

GW2 would be so close to perfect(to me ) if it would have taken a page out of the book of WoW when it comes to dungeons. I dont think anyone likes the GW2 dungeons better that WoW’s (at least from what I have heard.
