Are we saving them for after the expac drops?

Several of the ones we’ve already received are serious legendaries

Chuka and Champaway, Astralaria, Nevermore, Eureka and H.O.P.E are pretty kitten cool.

I will admit that the torch, the shield and the rifle are pretty… not good.

yeah what im wondering is: are they gonna release all the cool ones after the expac? Because so far we get water tanks and lamps

The only good ones so far have been the initial 3 that were released soon after HoT release.

I swear, if the next legendary is a broomstick or something, I will die.

kinda hoping they’ll release the rest of the legendary weps with the last living story in season 3. fingers crossed (hope we get some legendary asuran tech weps)

I like the shield a lot, but I gotta agree with zealex that it doesn’t look like a serious weapon.

To answer the question properly, I think it’s probably unplanned which we get first. Someone looks at the progress on each and picks the order based on which are closest. It might turn out that the ‘serious’ ones take longer.

You’re not far off with the whole Broomstick legendary prediction! My highly reliable sources tell me that the next HoT Legendary Weapon is gonna be a Spatula Sword that has Grease Spot foot falls! This weapon’s design will be inspired by the final BIG Battle of Ep6 that happens to take place in some back alley soup kitchen in LA.

On another note, I think I will keep my dragons head that breathe fore and engulf your entire arm in flames over… uh… a candelabra? Does it even light up stuff?

Are you being sarcastic? They know exactly which ones are going to be released and in what order, and it is no coincidence at all that some of the most popular weapons in the game will come out last.

Not only is the design of Rodgort 10x better, it’s a reference to both Home Star Runner and a set of fire spells from GW1. This candlestick monstrosity never stood a chance.

I agree however besides Dreamer and Quip, no other legendary is a joke legendary IMHO. They just fit with more narrow styles, like for example HMS Divinity that’s incredibly detailed and has beautiful animations but if you don’t make a sailor character, it looks strange with a different combination.

Eureka is pretty nice. Not Nevermore-level nice, but not that much behind either.
