Guild Wars 2

i don’t know if this was pointed out, but 10 minutes ago i decided to make an alt and noticed that all vistas and PoI’s are once again visible on my map.
Same with wardrobe, dyes, finishers, and so on – all unlocked.
Skills were untouched though.

I made an alt yesterday and stopped just before unlocking vistas. Continuing a short while ago, I noticed a vista, which I could view, but it was hidden on the map. I unlocked vistas shortly after.

Making a new character just now, vistas are shown from the start. I’m guessing these are account level unlocks.
