Guild Wars 2

So it’s been a long time since I have played guild wars 2 and I was thinking about possibly trying it again!

I was wondering though if it’s worth and if there’s as many people still playing it now as there used to be?

also anyone have class suggestions I enjoyed WvW alot so a class that can be enjoyable in WvW would be cool

and last what sort of changes have there been?

I saw that they nerfed turrets this blew my mind because back when I played engineer turrets kinda sucked and engineers were sorta ok. Are they much improved now?

how about necromancers I always wanted to play one and that was the class I played in GW 1 but they were pretty horrible and their pets were really really bad from what I remembered are they still like that especially in say WvW?

and finally what about guardians I remember guardians kinda having trouble in WvW because they didn’t really have that great of a ranged attack so i’m wondering if that has been rectified.

also if anyone has any more class suggestions or something they might wanna add ( I would like to know how the other classes are doing I remember archers were kinda awful when I played) Also what class can be good in being melee/ranged?

I’ve mained a guardian for three years now, and I highly recommend them if you don’t mind being slow. They can do very high DPS as shouts or meditations, can be fairly ‘tanky’, and offer great group support.

Thieves are also very fun, and people generally want them around in PvP situations

So you’re basically saying you want to play WvW.

All classes are viable in WvW, if you’re looking to join a WvW “raid guild” then they may have a set of builds/classes they want you to run.

warrior/elementalist/guardian/necro are the wvw raiding classes

Oh well, if you have already bought the game just download it and try. If you quit once you prolly quit again, because the game is pretty much the same as it was, with somethings better and some worse than they were.

Came back 2 months ago with a couple of friends, not regretting one minute of it.
We are having a blast, and it feels as tho the game has gotten alot better.
