Guild Wars 2

Excellent work on the dynamic event taking place wherein an Order of Whispers agent suddenly appears to harvest a resource before promptly disappearing again. I know that you didn’t announce the event and the Order themselves have denied any involvement, but they must really need those resources because they are harvesting like mad. Sometimes, I see two or three agents appear at the same banyan tree or oricalcium ore within a matter of minute. No plural, just one minute. They are both secretive and industrious.

I think I am enjoying this event even more than the last one — where the trains of hero class hunters would come to help clear the map of all life. Can’t wait to see the next world event… I’m hoping it will be levitating mesmers who bathe the creatures in a pink hot light from the heavens, landing only to loot their corpses.

This made me laugh pretty hard, I am sad that no one els has replied yet.

i see what you did there… funny but i made one of these post about the first “event” and it was deleted and i was infracted. apparently some people have no sense of humor.

It’s pretty funny, and so easy to spot. I was at Cursed Shore zone in. Saw a bunch of random name characters pop up then disappear (oh they must have used a WP). Shortly after they reappeared in front of me again, at the same spot, and it wasn’t under a WP. How… ohhhhh

all those haxors, botters and gold sellers are from the Order of Whispers.

Your first forum I take it? By your “logic” you may as well ask people to not complain about anything as it probably happens in other games too.

I hoped to have seen the last “do not complain about bots, you cannot do anything against them” post on the Lineage2 forums before quitting. You do realize Arenanet is doing a good job cracking down on cheaters and goldsellers so far? The number of bots I see in the game has significantly decreased and it has been quite a while that I last got a goldseller spammail. In fact I think I only got 2 of them during the whole last month. They will find a way to detect the odd breed of warping characters as well.

So kindly lose your doom and gloom attitude and do not try to discourage people from voicing valid concerns. Because voicing valid concerns is part of what these forums were created for, while telling others that they should not post (just because the problem is not exclusive to Guildwars2) is not what the forums are for.

Um yeah, that would be nice. I’d rather come to a forum filled with helpful information, rather than one filled with people crying over every little thing that goes wrong.

It was clever and even if it wasn’t, it doesn’t make the concern less valid.

No matter what Arenanet says, no matter what statistics they present to us, we all know the truth. The most played profession in the entire game is Ranger. The most used pet is Juvenile Brown Bear. The most chosen character alignment is Order of Whispers.
