Since when did this become a thing? I never had to pay for an expansion to go to LA before level 35. Yes I have the expansion. This is a F2P account. Is this just a F2P thing? Or is this for anyone who only has the base game now?

F2P accounts can’t enter cities before level 10, and LA before level 35.
