This is a scammer right? Because I reported him as a scammer.

look at the sentence below the message. It isn’t send by arenanet. These messages are send by people wanting to get their hands on your account…

report and delete. and return to your game

Any legitimate mail from Anet shows their logo, while any mail send by a player — such as this one — shows a warning at the bottom.

Mine said Guild Wars 2 Support Tea
There was no tea so I reported it for scam

Why do people ask this, when in nice yellow letters it says at the bottom:

NOT FROM ARENANET. FROM A PLAYER.

….that bottom message though.

There’s a message at the bottom of every player-sent mail saying it’s not from anet. So it’s pretty impossible to mistake a fake mail from the real thing (which I don’t even think anet sends)

what gave it away, the explicit notification not being from Anet, right below the message?
