Q:

Do they display the halo and horns forever? or is it a temporary thing? because if the potion wears off eventually, then it’s not really worth the grind…

You mean you don’t want to pay 10G for a temporary Halo to make Beyonce proud?

My only question I have about these is how do the horns work when you are wearing an item with the Dragon Bash helmet skin that has horns?

Since when did this business of being a hero become being a business?

I also wonder if you can use it in combat or if it disables your skills.

I think they work like the Clockwatck Tonic we got. It applies as a Transformation but you’re able to use everything. Also you’ll see a lot of glitches with the horns….

I hope it’s reuseable rather than a stay forever thing. Nabuko, how does the Clockwatch work? Is it a reuseable Tonic that stays accountbound or does it because Soulbound? I’m just guessing it will work the same and my curiousity doesn’t like waiting a whole week.

It lasts for an hour I think and it wear off so you’ll have to reapply. It wouldn’t make sense to be a one-use item only

My bet is it’s like the clockwork tonic. Works for only 5 minutes then has a pointless 30 minute cooldown. Worthless.

(And yes, I’m still irritated about those stupid restrictions on something that could have been really cool. Used the clockwork tonic a couple of times and was so disappointed in it I stuck it in the bank to gather dust).

It may not be as bad as the clockwork since it probably only adds an icon or image above your head and not a complete body transform. I would say at best it could last the entire time you are in a map but would need to be applied upon changing maps, much like using minis. I could be wrong of course and if so I wouldn’t be surprised but one can have the benefit of the doubt right, well for so long at least anyways lol?

Not a fan of the clockwork tonic but I still don’t see the point of that kind of restriction. Unlike consumables like the fire elemental summoning item or ogre whistle it should consume any extra resources.

I think it would be the best if it stayed on until turned off, even while changing maps etc…
