Three Wurms in Bloodtide Coast precursor idea

Lol TTS would have so many precursors it would ruin the market.

I have yet to meet anyone who has been in a successful group that slayed all three wurms. I just asked a full server in Cursed Shore if they succeeded or knew someone else who succeeded and I only received responses to the contrary. Maybe there are specific servers that succeed (I do recall that another server attempts this even more often than others), regardless. It is a suggestion, not just for this but for other potential massive events in the future. Another suggestion if it is easily beaten (which would defeat the purpose of the reward) ensure it is NOT a scaled event.
My belief is that at least for those who play a tonne that they would prefer a very difficult event as long as there is the appropriate level of reward. It would also dismiss to some degree those who suggest that the ability to obtain a legedary is based too much on luck as now there would be a direct correlation between achievement (beating an extremely tough event) and precursor reward,
Then you are meeting the wrong people. Wurm is completed everyday by at least 120 players. Sometimes there are enough players that we get +300 people completing wurm on several maps. And this is just one guild.
Another guild does Wurm on the weekends. Just cause you aren’t successful at it doesn’t mean others aren’t.
You add precursors to this and it will crash the market because you are underestimating just how many people complete it.
Slayed the wurm just yesterday in fact. Had about 140 or so people, 6 commanders who knew what they were doing and 134 people who followed their guidance. That’s all it really takes.
Have to add another no here. Rare should be rare. More people should not increase the odds of better drops. Not to mention you would need to add options to the other game modes (PvP/WvW) to balance this.

This maybe true, but instead of precursors they should just up the ascended items drop rates (at least double what it is now). Its still a somewhat hard fight (in that one little thing goes wrong/someone out of place it ruins the whole whole fight), so we should be getting better chances at the higher rarity items, not the blue/greens we normally get.
