1-condition damage cap. 5 Necro party
2-Limited skills and builds. Makes the game very fun after a few months.
3-One shot kill. You did not see that one coming because of particle effects .
4-join the Zerg train or you are unable to play.
5-high HP enemy with lazy mechanic.
6- time gates + Ascended =?
7-build template.
8- pvp or what is left.
.
.
I’m sure there is more But this time I’m not here to complain.
I’m here to ask is it because GW2 went the F2P path with gems that it very slow on fixing the game and making it more fun to play .
Anet knows what will make the game more fun to play yet they are very slow on that path.
it really come out to Resources to make changes and Anet don’t have any control over this because NC Soft is in charge.

1) The entire mechanic needs to be overhauled really. And I think that’s what’s taking so much time.
2) It’s really tied into #1. Viable condition builds just by themselves will open up a lot of different styles of play (condition primary or hybrid).
3) Working as intended. You’re not going to see that change.
4) Patently false.
5) Blame the players for complaining that the AI was too frustrating to fight in beta testing. Rather limits how fights can be made more challenging (something ELSE players apparently want). This is what is called a player-side problem.
6) Working as intended. You’re not going to see that change.
7) A convenience at best. Personally not game breaking.
8) Could you be a bit more specific?

Of your 8 things that need fixing, Arena.net would claim 6 of them aren’t broken to begin with. Of the other two, one definitely DOES need an answer (pertaining to condition damage), the other really depends on what you think is actually broken.

I’d like to jump in and say I agree with your points in different degrees. 3,5 and 6 being the ones I feel more strongly about. Specially number 3, which is an issue I’ve been complaining about since beta weekend 2 and which was supposedly “fixed”.

The fix is completely useless. Trying to distinguish any form of animation from the myriad of particle effects is impossible. Is as if you were looking directly at the sun with your naked eye, trying to discern spatial debris hovering around. Of course most people do not see a problem because they play with their graphics settings at lowest.

What the kitten I’m I still doing here?

(PS: I’ve never spent a dollar at your casino. So no, is not a gambling problem.)
