Time to give more info about the content
I agree. If they could lay out a huge amount of content that’s incoming it would help justify the silly pricing. As it is, it just promises and give us your money.
I was planning on buying the expansion but with the price as it is I think i’ll wait it out to see what kind of content there actually is. I’ve not at all been impressed with their focus on living story, haven’t bothered doing the vast majority of it as a single player experience in an MMO is not my idea of fun. From what I have seen so far i’d have trouble justifying the cost at even $30 without atleast a character slot.
Why did you preorder then? You should’ve just waited.
Now that we have a price. A price that many posters seem to think is high for an expansion, $10 less than the retail price of the original game at launch. For 83% of the original launch price many suspect we aren’t getting 83% of new content compared to the original game.
So it’s time to ante up ANet. One class, specializations and a 3 level map doesn’t seem like enough for for $50. What are we missing here?
