Guild Wars 2

I have 8 level 80 classes.

All of them leveled either through champ trains, karma eotm trains, karma WvW trains, PVP level scrolls.
All of them bought and lived off the trading post.

Not a single one of them really explored and lived off the world like a real MMO toon.

But that will no longer continue!

I just created a asura lady engineer and I will explore the world of Tyria with her, she will level up as she journeys across the vast world, and live off all the items and loot that she finds in the world!

She will not join any mindless trains to level up.

She will not use the TP to buy any item. She will trade all her loot to NPC if she doesn’t need them. Even precursors!

I will finally get to enjoy the beauty of the world as it is. and not rush through it like a mindless critter rushing for level 80.

I will take my time and enjoy the sights and wonders of GW2.

I have 10 L80, never used a train for leveling. Only use drops or other in-game (non-TP) methods to gear them.

I do, however, sell items on the TP, would be silly (for me) not to. Gold can get things from the Gem Store (like bank tabs, character slots, etc.).

Go for it it has been the way I leveled my characters, my first being my warrior was a great deal of fun to see it all. Never bought anything off tp only sold to it.
