They add nothing to the world, and do nothing except confuse new players who see this interactable object that they can’t actually interact with. Scarlet is dead, her story arc is over, and the energy probes don’t do anything. Its time that they are removed from Tyria.

The governments of Tyria would need to discuss the issue, pass a resolution, collect the necessary taxes and pay people to break the probes down. Then there’s the cost of transporting the materials to a dump site or a factory to process the materials as well as any costs due to cleaning up ground and water contamination from these probes and from any additional contamination caused by breaking them down.

I vote we let the probes sit and the next generation pay for it as I’m barely making ends meet as a lumberjack/miner. I currently have a home instance but no home and the only clothes I have are what I’m wearing. I’m poor. I say, let the kids pay for it after I’m gone.

I bet those probes have brightly-colored Assault Knight Power Cores in them… We should organize an effort to deconstruct them to find out.
