So, I stopped playing for awhile shortly before Heart of Thorns came out. Some time between then and now my account was hacked. My fault for using the same userid and pw of a WoW account that was hacked 4 years ago. Thought it’d be safe by now. Anyway, the hackers took all my gold and gems and left me with 50s. I’m looking for ideas on how to get my gold back (all I had came in the process of leveling). I don’t like gaming the system, so selling gems isn’t for me. Can anyone help me out with some general ideas of what I can do?

Note: I do not have Heart of Thorns.

If your account was hacked you can contact support and get an account restoration, which is a rollback of your account to the time before the hack.

I’ll try that. I was so happy just to have them unban it that I didn’t want to push anything.

Don’t bother playing during this time then. Your going to lose all progress between now and then when they roll it back, unless you want to play strictly just for fun.

just make a new toon and go running off into the woods and so forth . and take what bag,s you can get with you . and have fun and work on your stuff as you go
