Hey.. You’ve been doing this since GW1… How do you keep repeating yourself over and over and still remain positive?

Personally, I don’t know how you do it…..

If anyone deserves a “God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals” title, it’s probably Gaile Gray and everyone else who interacts with customers on a regular basis. The amount of patience displayed in the face of the negativity of some of the posts on here (of which I admit I am occasionally guilty as well) is quite incredible. Kudos to Gaile Gray and all the devs and all CS. Y’all are awesome.

Gaile needs here own mini with a special skill that deletes your old in game mails so you can receive your gem store purchases. It could also say at random times, “The language filter is not a license to curse.”

I personally love checking the dev tracker for her posts, especially when I find nuggets that go along the lines of:

“But I only called him a bad boy! Why did I get banned?”
“Because you actually used 7 expletives in 3 lines plus racist remarks”
“<no response>”

I still think she caters to the younger crowd with the who filter is not a license to curse crap. I say remove bad words all together so when i say the F word it just says kitten. b/c suspensions for using explicit words is stupid.. never EVER have i been suspended for language in a game till this one.. shows you that even the kids win one every now and then. Thanks GAILE!

It’s sad a lot of kids don’t learn simple manners now a days.
