but you have to be good at pvp
and in bossblitz when you reach 350 tokens you also have 40 champ bags + karma
and you dont need much skill

it’s part of the fund-raising to rebuild lions arch goto Divinity’s reach http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Crown_Pavilion waypoint, then turn around and you’ll see a portal, enter portal and you’ll be in the area that has the boss blitz.

The best way to farm them by far is PvP. Yet you chose best answer for a terribly long and boring PvE event that does not award nearly as much levels as PvP does.
You asked for the best way to farm them, would have helped if you stated you didn’t want to PvP.
Good luck farming 350 tokens when you have to run that event about 6 times to get one tome.
