What’s up with most of the weapon skins being blue?

- Glyphic
- Pact
- Mystic
- Corrupted
- Foefire
- AC
- HotW
- Arah
- Super (originally only blue)

And recently:
- Zodiac
- Re-coloured TA
- Toxic Weapons

I understand that it’s the most popular colo(u)r but it’s getting so excessive and there’s annoyingly so few red and green weapons.

So pretty much more:
-Molten
-Fused
-Destroyer
etc.

For a long time it was stacked toward red skins. I think they should do more yellow, purple, green etc, to round things out.

I want more red skins too and I do not mean Molten, Destroyer, fused and the like- those are flame

I mean red- like the Modniir Quarterstaff red.

I tottaly agree that exist too many blue glow weapons. Of course what we really want is a way to apply dyes on wep but probably that is not possible so please add some dark red/green/yellow skins. I need them so bad.
Everyone is running with Blue! Lets change a bit please.

Oh pls no, enough with the flamey gears. I am still scarred from those young days in gw2 where Tyria was infested with CoF weaps/armors-wearers were everywhere. Molten, fused, destroyer, etc leans more toward orange and super dark grey.

I am talking Twilight/Modniir Quarterstaff
I love me some sinister feels
Esp on a dagger, a legendary dagger.

They may not have any glowing or particle effects… but I’m quite fond of the Pirate weapons and they’re predominantly red.

I just wish I could dye my weapons. =(

I love me some blue weapons, but most of the existing ones look crappy, and don’t fit the style of most characters. The toxic krait ones are the kind I’ve been waiting for, except I don’t like the black goop coming from them. I’d trade most of those for 1 good set of blues with a particle effect, and no brown/grey parts on the weapon.

By the way, brown and grey weapons are far more common.

I really like those too actually and I was using the bows on my Ranger till she was 80.- I still carry them around
They are a tad too tribal looking for my Nerco, since her theme is more on the Elegant side.
At the moment I am using Lionguard weapons but they are too golden

Malefactryn is pretty cheap on the trading post and is VERY necro in appearance. On the very expensive side, there’s Eye of Rogdort for scepter. Both are necro-suitable and predominantly red.

Axe-Warhorn is indeed more difficult.

It’s time for more purples and blacks. I’m looking forward to the day that we get purple weapons that are not tech, myst versions of standard skins or spikey looking.

The glyphic and mystic sets have red counterparts in the dark asuran and inquest sets from Sorrow’s Embrace and Crucible of Eternity.
