Now would be a lovely time to add stacking for harvesting tools, since so many of us now have a bajillion of each of the frostbitten ones…

drag/drop a tool onto anther one, and they stack. I love it. I could pool my 40 ori logging axes into one tool with 4,000 uses.
I’ll point out that sturdy gathering tools exist. They were sold at one time… they had 250 uses per tool. I still have a few.

I guarantee that people with infinite tools won’t be happy about that.

Just don’t open all the Toolboxes.

With the frostbitten ones you could just keep the boxes they come from, instead of opening them all.

You might have to open a few to get the tool you want, but it’s still better than having all of them in your bank at once.

Of course, after opening a few too many, most of us simply stack the frostbitten toolboxes in our vault.

I dont see any reason why they shouldnt be, saying oh just dont open the boxes doesnt explain why they cant be stacked like most every other account bound item

I opened them when I was reflexively opening all the bajillion other packages. I won’t be opening any more, thas’ for sure.

And while stacking the uses would be awesome, it would make the infinate tool buyers cranky.

What stacks and what doesn’t is a complete mystery to me. It isn’t even consumables don’t stack/non consumeables do, because potions and food stacks, but not salvage kits and tools. Why wouldn’t all like items stack, except for weapons and armor?

It won’t happen since it will harm Gem store tool sales.
