Torrent download for client pls.
Why don’t you just start the download before you go to bed? It’ll be done long before you wake up. 3MB/s still makes the entire download take less than 2 hours, that’s more than acceptable.
Also, you won’t lose your progress by stopping the download. I’m surprised you know how torrenting works but don’t know how using a launcher to download a game works.

Yeah, we believe you :P
I only top out at 2mbps and it only takes a few hours. I’m jealous of your 3 and 7’s. Sky (my isp) claim 20mbps.
Seen a proggy a while back, think it was Seoul that gets 150mbps, that’s insane

Actually I can’t see Anet objecting to anyone sharing the client, through torrents or any other method.
It’s impossible to play without an account and it’s impossible to make an account without buying the game, so it doesn’t matter to them how many computers someone downloads the game onto or if they make it freely available to everyone, they still have to buy the game to play.

Downloading via torrent seem legit when auto patcher failed.Last living story update, lots of people stuck at one last file.I stuck loading that file like 3GB before I know something fishy happen.
Right now some newbie still can’t log in and have to get the newest version via torrent.

your ISP provides internet speeds at mega*bits* per seconds, which is entirely different from Mega*bytes* per second.
1 Byte = 8 Bits
If your ISP provides 20Mbs, you are actually receiving a download speed of roughly 2.5 Megabytes per second, on a good day.
