Needs to be useful.
As it is, I can’t really tell a difference having a lot of it or not. I CAN tell a difference when I have more power.
Currently all game balance aside from exploits is balanced around the Spvp game mode, where having a bunch of toughness is very noticeable.
Given the Dev’s in charge do not want to balance for more than one mode it’s unlikely that this will change anytime soon even if they do have a balance team.
