Town Clothes and Limited Edition Dyes
The duplicate unlocks for exclusive gem store dyes will be replaced with a re-packaged version of the dye that you can sell. You will automatically receive these replacement dyes in your in-game mail soon. The post said they’d be sent out automatically to qualified players between May 6th and May 12th.
As for refunds on your town clothes, you will need to file a support ticket and request a refund. When filing your ticket be sure to include the full names of all town clothes items you wish to be refunded the gem cost for. There has been no mention of refunds on town clothes due to the changes being time limited…and there should not logically be one either.
Good luck on your refund request being filled quickly, but be patient with their responding to your request; it can take a while sometimes.

Do not post about Town Clothes refunds in the ‘Tickets for Review….’ thread, as mentioned in the post above, as the Devs have asked you do not post there for that particular issue. Post any issues about Town Clothes refunds in the thread I linked after waiting the requisite time.
