Guild Wars 2

This question was probably asked before but I’m to lazy after 10 hours of work to search for it. Sorry for that. So the question is. What happened with Town Clothing? I Had Mad King Costume, Chef Costume, Drill and probably 1 or 2 more town acessories that I dont remember. At the moment Shortcut for changing between Town Clothes and Battle Armor dont exist. In H panel there is only Outfit slot in wardrobe and dye section. However when I click on them I dont see any of my item’s. I also dont see them in my inventory. Am I missing something? Also why I dont see all of skins I soulbounded previously? I should have all light crafted armor skins and few drop skins in every gear piece but I only have like 4-5 skin’s per piece. Shouldnt we be able to use skins we unlocked before or only those we have on all characters from moment when patch went live?

EDIT: I had few hats from previous events in bank with description telling where to exchange them for skins. How ppl who had all their items previously equiped know that? Shame on you aremanet. You should make all those items go back into inventory and not simply dissapeard hoping that some ppl will just guest that there is new item merchant in game.
