I had things like the boxing gloves and bunny ears and I no longer have access to them. They’re not in the wardrobe and they’re not even available in the gem store anymore.

I was never refunded any gems and I can’t seem to find where they are anymore since I can’t just switch to town clothes anymore.

Does anyone have any idea where they would have gone or where I can access them?

I reached out to support but their response times are in the 7-8 day range these days.

They’ve been converted into armor skins by the wardrobe update.

Speak to a Black Lion Trader (Armorsmith) next to the TP in any city on the character who was wearing them and they’ll appear in your inventory as skins that can be applied to armor pieces.

I recommend speaking to them on all your characters just to make sure you get all your stuff converted.
