Toxic armor, please?
Most gemstore armor is just shoulders, gloves, and helms. Some are just gloves and helms and some are just shoulders and gloves. Lawless are unique in that they also have boots.
Rather wish all were like Lawless.
Well, I’d wish more that there were full sets, but unless they become like Hellfire and Radiant I’m ever so doubtful.
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
Like what Konig said, many gemstore armours are like this.
I think it’s to make things simpler to design (and thus cheaper)- having to design just shoulders and gloves makes it far easier to test clipping, as clipping is far less likely for these two pieces with other armours (gloves are hidden if the chest-piece is long-sleeved, for instance).
You can always be creative.

The shoulders are awesome anyway (when dyed properly) and mix well with a lot of gear.
It does not make sense to make them semi-set items, maybe if that was legy armor items they could be unique solo skins, and it wont hurt anet to add missing pieces in GS – those who like/want it will buy, those who dont – will pass.
But toxic is specific in that way that it wont fit well with absolute majority like Glass/Indoril didnt fit with others.
It would be nice of Anet if they’d make us a pair of Toxic Greaves. In combination with Sylvari Cultural armor of Hellfire armor, I believe it would compliment the set ^^
No, there’s enough toxicity in this game.
